Hi Robert, Welcome to the website. I would love to make some golden(formerly light amber) but I rarely do. I usually make amber and darker grades. Over the years the Darker grades have become more and more popular as people find out that they have much more flavor. the current Very Dark grade (formerly Grade B) has become my biggest demand. thanks for visiting the website, Brad
